This brand new role will provide Finance leadership and expertise for our Omni-channel rollout. Collaborating with business stakeholders, you'll have an impact by improving and aligning the customer experience between our Retail and Online channels, whilst obtaining the best Commercial outcome for William Hill's UK business. Your role in the team As Commercial Finance Manager, you'll offer direct Finance business partnering support for our Omni Operations team and other business functions. You'll be responsible for the development of performance reporting with the BI and Operations teams, and working with the wider BI team, you'll be influencing the project and exec teams to deliver short and long term Omni targets as well as delivering analytics to understand performance and provide insights for decision making. Developing Incrementality and ROI modelling will be key to understanding the long term potential of driving the channel, and we'll look to your expertise for valuation of Marketing and Reward campaigns and future spend modelling/planning. We'll rely on you to present performance updates to the Operations team and Exec through Omni Operations Meetings . You'll add ongoing value by supporting future capex financial appraisal and model returns for the Omni Product Roadmap, and your proven commercial finance expertise will allow you to become a trusted partner to business stakeholders and Exec teams. Skills needed We'd like you to bring us a Finance background and Accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) plus proven commercial experience and excellent relationship building skills. Ideally you will have a background in reporting and Commercial Analysis/Business Partnering and will be comfortable acting as a trusted advisor to your stakeholders, enabling them to make effective decisions. You'll need to be a great communicator, with excellent stakeholder management and be able to manage multiple priorities. It's important that you're a people person who can communicate effectively across all levels.
