Divisional Finance Director

Based: Manchester

Our client are a high growth, Private Equity backed technology business providing bespoke solutions to a wide range of global clients. The business are continuing to grow with a number of acquisitions globally and looking for a strong Divisional Finance Director to join the team. Reporting to the UK MD and strong exposure across the global business, this is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to progress their career.

This role would be a great opportunity for a current Finance Director or a strong Financial Controller/Head of Finance looking for their first move to an FD role

Role:

• Managing a large finance team across Financial Reporting, Management Accounts, AP and AR
• Group reporting to strict deadlines - presenting the monthly results to group
• Reporting to the SLT on business cash position weekly
• Working closely with the UK MD on pricing strategies and ad hoc projects
• Managing relationships with all external advisors across audit, banking & investors
• Leading on continuous process/system improvements

Experience:

• Qualified Accountant - practice trained, ACA/ACCA desirable
• Private equity experience desirable
• Group accounting & reporting experience is essential
• Strong people manager with experience leading large teams
