I am partnering with a very exciting multi-award winning start-up Fintech business on their search for a Finance Business Partner. Having already received some substantial funding, they are ready to accelerate the business to the next phase of growth, and subsequently need more heads to support! As Finance Business Partner you will...

• Work closely with the CFO on process improvements, including any redesigning needed, ensuring a best in class finance function ready for scalabilty
• Ownership of the FP&A processes
• Create financial reports using visualisation tools (PowerBI, SQL etc) to support strategic decision making
• Develop the BI use across the business for value add
• Work with large datasets to pull out useful analysis and trends

In terms of you...

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (will also consider PQ)
• Fintech background or experience within payments
• Good knowledge of tools such as PowerBI/SQL
• Excellent Excel skills
• Have the commercial acumen and gravitas to liaise with stakeholders of all seniority's across the business
• Experienced with cash/bank reconciliations is a must
• A great attitude and willingness to get stuck in!
