We have roles available within our Vesting team within our Computershare Plan Managers business. Vesting is a key part of an Employee plan lifecycle and is the point in which shares, or options become available to a share plan participant.
This a permanent role allowing great exposure to working with global clients, in a client-focused career opportunity, with a business area at the forefront of our organisation and provides you a great chance to develop your skills and enhance your experience.
This role entails working with clients and internal stakeholders to manage vesting processes within new platform, ensuring tasks are monitored and executed as per an agreed timeline and transactions are completed successfully.
Main Purpose of the Role
Reporting to an Operations Manager, you will be assigned scheduled and reoccurring vest events and processes relating to the delivery of shares to our underlying share plan participants.
Using our market leading technology this role involves working on the successful delivery of all activities relating to the vesting activity of discretionary and all-employee share plans.
- Taking full ownership of client delivery including creating, maintaining and tracking agreed tasks against an agreed timeline.
- Event management, including planning and co-ordination, contributing to client meetings regarding vesting activity where required.
- Maintaining effective process documentation
- Solve a wide variety of complex customer queries and system demands providing exceptionally high standards of customer service in all aspects of the share vesting process.
Essential Skills, Experience and Competencies
We're looking for someone who ideally has previous experience of working in a financial services role, who can develop effective working relationships, coupled with holding excellent customer service skills.
Highly competent in communicating across a wide variety of audiences as well as articulating ideas and providing guidance, whilst managing multiple complex activities running in parallel.
Excellent organisational skills, possessing good time management, pay attention to detail and work with consistency, integrity, accountability, and professionalism at all times.
Passionate about customer delivery with evidence of championing and maintaining strong delivery to a large client and customer base.

We're currently working remotely, with the intention of a return to the office when appropriate. Once back flexible working will be available with the ability to work from home. It is expected the successful candidate will need to be in the office once a week, and this role will require flexibility outside the 9-5 to cover month end, which may see you working into the evening and/at a weekend on occasions.
