A great opportunity as a Call Centre Operations Manager where you have the autonomy to run an operation, ensuring KPIs are being met and coaching your managers to ensure the staff are engaged.
As a Call Centre Operations Manager you are also an Account manager of a household blue chip client, so we are looking for great communication skills, who can work with a client on a daily basis and build relationships and offer solutions when needed.
As a Call Centre Operations Manager you will also need experience of managing a P&L and understanding the financials of running a call centre operation
