Description
What will you be doing?
- Responsible for the performance of the US business which makes up 60% of this company's revenue
- Reporting to a Global FC
- Manage a team of 3
- Monthly management reporting for the region including actuals and variance analysis
- Business partnering support for contract procurement decisions and activities for the region
- Coordinating the annual budgeting process for given region including business partnering budget owners in defining their budgets
- Supporting year end audit
- Payroll (US) and local Tax (US)
- Local Payables
- Expenses
Profile
What's needed to succeed?
- 7 years experience in large finance team
- Experience with management accounts and variance analysis
- Having an understanding of US tax and compliance is helpful
- Proven experience in a leadership role
