Job OverviewManager (Post-Merger Integration) - Auditing, Accounting, and Advisory This position is limited to BBBEE candidates due to BEE requirements. Location: SandtonPosition Overview: A globally established company in the industry of Auditing, Advisory, and Accounting has a great new opportunity available for a Manager in the Post-Merger Integration department. The Manager - Post Merger Integration must demonstrate proven extensive operational knowledge of M&A and Divestitures, including pre-deal operational due diligence, integration and separation planning and execution, synergy and cost savings analysis. The Manager - Post Merger Integration possesses extensive knowledge of two or more of the following functional areas: Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Operations, and/or Sales and Marketing. One will proactively assist the team in various aspects of a deals project (due diligence, mergers/acquisitions, divestitures/spin-offs), and will experience the complete deal cycle, from due diligence to negotiations, Day One planning, systems integration and separation, synergy analysis, and stranded cost optimization. The Post Merger Integration will effectively manage resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, and status updates.Minimum Requirements: Education Required:

- Completed masters' degree (preferred fields of study: Accounting and Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management / Research)
- 3 - 5 Years' experience
- 2+ Years' experience in managing a team
