Required to work across multiple functions within the organisation. The candidate must demonstrate an aptitude in information technology, where they have technical experience and is able to handle conflict and difficult conversations, thoroughly understands Agile and SAFe and the role a BA plays within this framework, Manage activities and associated estimates based on release and iteration schedules, Proactively identifying risks to delivery, quality or overall project success, Must be flexible to adapt to constant change, Be able to communicate with senior stakeholders across the value chain, Great attention to detail, Values driven, Team player and the individual must have an excellent command of the BA discipline. Previously worked on Jira & Confluence. To work with stakeholders throughout the organisation; to build a holistic view of the organisation’s strategy; processes, information, and information technology assets. The individual can link and align the business mission, strategy, and processes of the organisation to its information technology strategy. He or she documents this using multiple models or views that show how the current and future needs of an organisation will be met in an efficient; sustainable, agile, and adaptable manner. To bring business needs; capabilities; technology and process together in an efficient and effective manner. The individual has mastered the industry recognised knowledge areas for Business Analysis and works at the highest levels of abstraction, ambiguity, and complexity within the organisation. He or she performs business analysis tasks to connect information, technology, processes, and business needs in varying levels of detail within an area of speciality.
