- Analyze project financial feasibilities and profit returns.
- Calculate project interest rolls.
- Map out project funding split, raise targets & pre-sale targets.
- Analyzing project IRR and net profit returns.
- Analyzing project costing efficiencies.
- Cash flow budget vs actual tracking.
- Cash flow forecasting for projects and groups.
- Project bank draws recons and submissions.
- Revenue forecasting and tracking.
- Overhead budgeting and tracking.
- Legal agreement implementations and reviews.
- Advise & implement strategies to drive revenue and lower overhead costs.
- Divisional profitability analysis.
- Manage short-term and long-term investment strategies.
- Oversee the linking of company systems into strategic targets.
- New business unit implementation.
- Managing relationships with investors.
- Advising on market changes and providing strategic financial recommendations to the Leadership Team.
- Bank funding pack creation.
- Shareholder project reporting.
RequirementsQualifications:
- Degree in Finance or Accounting.
Skills / Experience:
- Over 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Property related experience is highly beneficial.
- Must love a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Highly-organised and self-motivated.
- Hard-worker, efficient and deadline focused.
- Experience with reporting pack compilations.
- Must be good with people and work well in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Office).
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, complex if formulas).
