In this role, you have the opportunity to

Support both pre-sales activities in Argentina market as well as sales support activities, conferences, demo's.

You are responsible for
  • Explaining the key concepts of an EMR Tasy and Philips' solution to customers.
  • Mapping the customer's workflows and identifying gaps of Philips EMR Tasy for development or configuration.
  • Educating the sales team on emerging clinical issues, product characteristics and positioning solutions to address market changes.
  • Excellent understanding of the product functionality and fitment, compliance and gaps in order to deliver unique selling propositions, suggesting work arounds available in the product to meet business requirements.
  • Product demonstrations to prospective clients to explain Philips EMR and services and their alignment with their needs and requirements
  • Proactively provide Philips EMR technical and business solutions that are needed to meet and exceed prospect's requirements.
  • Collaborates with the Commercial and marketing team to define the priorities and approach for each demo.
    Preparing content and presenting Philips EMR solutions to prospects at all levels.
  • Explaining the key concepts of an EMR and Philips' solution to customers.
  • Assessing customers' business, clinical and technical needs, business goals, performance, and strategies as they pertain to our solution offerings, in order to provide written proposals (RFP/RFI/RFQ)

You are a part of

Philips Argentina Sales Support team and will report to the Sales Support Manager.

This role is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Relevant experience gained at IT hospital solution Philips EMR, preferably in Presales or Project Implementation roles that required strong client interfacing.
  • BS degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field
  • Hands-on experience with Philips EMR configuration and/or implementation
  • Experience in critical customer interactions, sales, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with an ability to manage the change as it relates to the culture and mindset of a complex organization and a start-up phase of the EMR Business Line.
  • Ability to present and communicate effectively in multiple areas of the customers' environment (C-Suite, Clinical leadership, IT and others).
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of Hospital's organizational processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
