We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
- Approval of new member applications and ensure all documentation is authenticated.
- Check affordability to set up a franchise store.
- Check cash flow projections to ensure profitability of the store.
- Securities available for the franchise for stock purchases.
- Check if bank guarantees wording is correct.
- The set-up of legal documentation (Notarial Bonds).
- Reduce risk and potential loss within the business.
- Regular discussion with Management and accountants on progress of approval on applications.
- Ensure Credit Limits and store opening notifications are sent.
- Review debtors Age Analysis on a regular basis to ensure payments.
- Regular discussions with Management and Accountants on the status of Member Accounts
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Tertiary Qualification in Accounting/Finance (Advantageous)
