Piramal Group has set up a consumer and small business lending business, to go with their existing

presence in the wholesale lending space Our intent is to build this out into a multi[ 1 ]product

lending business, with tech at its core Over the last few years, the tech landscape in India has

changed dramatically, and there are things that are possible today that were not possible even five

years ago That enables us to build a business that is fundamentally different from what one would

have build in years past It is in that context that we are looking for top talent to form our initial

leadership team which will bring alive the aspirations

Skills Required:

1 Understands business requirements (30%)

Business Product understanding | Requirement Analysis | Expectation Management

2. Designs Technical Solutions (30%)

Design / Propose cross system / solutions for business requirements

Understand and leverage existing systems

Market technology trend | What is happening / cooking in lending eco system

3. Schedule Management (30%)

Create project plans

Monitor Delivery Timeline

Facilitate stakeholder communication

4. Think Big (10%)

Cultivation of ideas

Search opportunity | Create opportunity

Grab opportunity | Ride opportunity

Desired Profile:

System Integrator

Tech, solution specialist, Business Analysist, PMO, part of product team, etc

Must Know: 4- 7 years of work experience in lending ecosystem, cloud strategy / offering etc, Documentation and Presentation, Influencer in a way, etc

Nice to have: Knowledge of modern architecture, data warehouse lead generation / curation / analytics, in depth knowledge of any LOS / LMS / BRE / LCS / accounting, six sigma, scrum

practice, active on social media, entrepreneur, worked in Start up, etc.
