Job Description :

Job Responsibilities
  • Managing cash on delivery (COD) reconciliation and reporting
  • Collating all the information for any shortage from respective stakeholders
  • Resolving the cod shortages in a timely manner and adjustment in system
  • Preparing daily/weekly/monthly mis and conducting reviews
  • Ensuring adherence to policies, procedures and internal controls are in place, documented, and operating as intended.
  • Ensuring all processes are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Designing, configurating and rolling out of new initiatives for bringing productivity and efficiency in the process
  • Setting up benchmark for quality basis best practices of industry

KRAs & KPIs of the role
  • Ensure COD reconciliation on a daily basis
  • Agreeing on a SOP with all the stakeholder involved
  • Ensure cod shortages are closed in the agreed tat
  • Escalations to be done at right level wherever breaches are observed
  • Conducting weekly zonal/pan India reviews
  • Ensuring a robust recovery process and bringing down the pendencies consistently month on month.

Candidate Profile
  • Should have 3-5 years of demonstrated experience of working in process oriented and high-quality work environments.
  • Qualification required: CA Inter, CMA, MBA Finance
  • Experience in e-commerce preferred
  • Excellent excel knowledge and ability to navigate large volumes of data
  • Must have worked along with big teams
  • Should be able to handle a team

Education/Qualification:MBA/ CA
