- Collating all the information for any shortage from respective stakeholders
- Resolving the cod shortages in a timely manner and adjustment in system
- Preparing daily/weekly/monthly mis and conducting reviews
- Ensuring adherence to policies, procedures and internal controls are in place, documented, and operating as intended.
- Ensuring all processes are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Designing, configurating and rolling out of new initiatives for bringing productivity and efficiency in the process
- Setting up benchmark for quality basis best practices of industry
KRAs & KPIs of the role
- Ensure COD reconciliation on a daily basis
- Agreeing on a SOP with all the stakeholder involved
- Ensure cod shortages are closed in the agreed tat
- Escalations to be done at right level wherever breaches are observed
- Conducting weekly zonal/pan India reviews
- Ensuring a robust recovery process and bringing down the pendencies consistently month on month.

Candidate Profile
- Should have 3-5 years of demonstrated experience of working in process oriented and high-quality work environments.
- Qualification required: CA Inter, CMA, MBA Finance
- Experience in e-commerce preferred
- Excellent excel knowledge and ability to navigate large volumes of data
- Must have worked along with big teams
- Should be able to handle a team
