We are well-established support company, which provides back-office solutions for financial sector. Due to business expansion, we are looking for a motivated and energetic person to fill up the position of a Customer Support Specialist to to join our Indian Team.
• Serve customers by phone, e-mail, on-line chat, social network by providing product and service information
• To represent the company professionally in all contacts with customers, to follow the industry standards and internal quality criteria and thereby increase the level of customer satisfaction (incl. number of positive customer feedback).
• To address customers in friendly and respectful manner according to the general principles of ethics.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Show excellent self-organization and discipline, attention to details
• Required language(s): Hindi, English (Bengali would be considered as an advantage)
• Able to work on rotation basis.
