Principal/Manager
A client of TRANSEARCH and one of the world's leading innovative finance advisory and asset management organization is looking to bring onboard team members who are passionate about creating a positive change in the lives of the underserved population and generating lasting and constructive social and environmental impact through innovative impact financing solutions.
The incumbent will be responsible for growing the organization's Health portfolio in India through advisory and asset management - devising strategies for growth and sustainability of the investee companies, leading follow-on investment round discussions, scouting for exit opportunities, and representing the organization on the board of the portfolio companies. S/he will also be responsible for actively engaging, with key stakeholders(private and public institutions, aid agencies, foundations, and partner organizations) in the sector, to drive the advisory practice for health through thought leadership, strategy development, design, and structuring of innovative financing instruments, etc. S/he will work very closely with Partners, Principals, and Managers globally to draft a strategy for blended finance in healthcare inclusion and lead BD efforts. S/he is also expected to value add to the organization's healthcare portfolio globally as and when required and further grow this vertical in Asia along with the Partner for Asia.
The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge/exp of the healthcare sector along with strong analytical and commercial acumen. The ability to develop value-based relationships & alliances with a plethora of partners and stakeholders is an essential requirement. S/he should also be passionate about creating a positive change in the lives of the underserved population and generate lasting & constructive social and environmental impact through innovative impact financing solutions.
