Department Overview:
Responsible for planning and executing a variety of programs, services and initiatives. Examples might include, but are not limited to: process improvement and redesign, change management initiatives, ongoing oversight of a leadership/diversity/recognition/Q12 or general program oversight. Responsible for the integration/implementation of programs/services/initiatives with cross functional business partners. Works with functional management to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict and ensure alignment with WF strategy/policies and business line objectives. Tracks/evaluates performance of programs, services and initiatives. Ensures plans/programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations.

About the Role


This role will play a pivotal role in Content Management, Publishing and Distribution team, this position will deliver timely and sometimes highly confidential enterprise-wide, LOB and regional executive, internal communications. This includes distributing emails and publishing web content to internal websites, partnering with business communicators and technology platform owners to enhance both customer experiences and publishing processes, as well as providing distribution compliance reports across deliverables the position supports. .

Responsibilities


  • Provides strategic counsel and communications support to the head of the function. Executes a metrics-based communications plan and maintains a high level of engagement resulting in measurable positive employee sentiment.

  • Delivers communications that align with business priorities.

  • Management of the ELT, outputs from staff surveys, attrition management etc.

  • Designs internal, executive, and initiative communications within Finance-specific areas

  • Develops and maintains a communications calendar for Town Halls, AMAs/live events, written messaging, special events and metricizes impact. This includes independent creation of content for the head of the function's Town Hall.

  • Offers insight, consults on reputational matters, and assists with crisis/change communications.

  • Delivers timely, clear communications to different audiences using the most effective channels to ensure high message quality and alignment with company's brand/design standards.

  • Provides the publishing and execution across external, enterprise, and division website portals.

  • Works on content publishing and email distribution for complex program deliverables, including enterprise initiatives that may span several months in overall duration.

  • Independently consults on the capabilities of publishing and email platforms in order to execute delivery needs.

  • Maintains strong knowledge of coverage and workflow calendars to ensure publishing and distribution expectations and timeframes are met, and engages other appropriate resources as needed.

  • Essential Qualifications

  • Master's degree in communications or related discipline

  • 15+ years of hands-on experience in the corporate communications team of a global organization, preferably involving developing and executing strategies for internal communications and employee engagement

  • At least 8 years of experience in the finance domain

  • Experience leading, executing, and measuring communication strategies or for a global organization

  • Sound judgement and decision-making ability in complex, ambiguous situations

  • Exposure to running large-scale events

  • Efficient project management and stakeholder management skills

  • Proven creative writing credentials and impeccable editing skills

  • Expert in communications and publishing technology, including the MS Office suite

  • Strong knowledge of Banks, the Financial Services industry and related products and services


  • Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting publishing and distribution across Multilanguage audiences.

  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and other website and email tracking tag strategies.

  • Exposure to financial services or a related domain

  • Good eye for design

  • Experience with MS Office suite (Work, Excel, SharePoint), content management systems, HTML, or similar email subscription-based services.
