Customer, Product & Services owns the strategic direction for banking products across BNZ balancing commercial and customer outcomes working closely with our colleagues across the business to achieve this. We are made up of 4 distinct product domains and 5 centres of expertise.

Te Kaiurungi | About the Role

In this role you will own and define the delivery elements of BNZ's customer proposition. Driving strong customer outcomes and achieving strategic and commercial outcomes, you will also be involved with:

• The discovery and development of new proposition features; including ideation, discovery, opportunity assessment, business case development, feasibility assessment, iterative delivery, launch and go to market activities
• Building a deep understanding of customer needs and technology capabilities to collaborate on the vision and direction of the Product Backlog
• Supporting product teams and third-party partnership managers to embed conduct risk frameworks and manage product change governance processes

This is a 2 year fixed term/secondment opportunity.

Ō Pūkenga | About You

As a proactive team player, you will have strong business acumen with knowledge and experience of current legislative frameworks in New Zealand and/or Australia. You will bring outstanding communication and stakeholder management experience with the ability to effectively influence across the business and build strong relationships.

Your demonstrated leadership capability to lead end-to-end portfolio transformation within the Enterprise with ensure your success within this role.
