The Finance Manager for the Company will report to the Head of Finance and will be a business specialist who will manage important financial functions of the Company.
*Main responsibilities:*

* Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (general accounting, payroll, invoicing, payments and other transactions)
* Manage monthly and quarterly management reporting processes
* Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modelling for senior company leadership
* Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
* Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
* Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements, including tax and regulatory reporting
* Manage annual statutory audit process and preparation of financial statements
* Look for cost reduction opportunities
* Ensure that the Company meets all its statutory and compliance obligations
* Manage the accounting team and support the teams development and growth
* Requirements:*

* Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting (fully completed), or equivalent
* 5 Years + experience in Financial Management
* Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
* Ability to work with and effectively communicate with senior managers
