Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing in accordance with GAAP.
• Manages the preparation of quarterly financial statements.
• Develop budgets, report variances to budget, financial forecasts, and report results to the executive team.
• Perform periodic evaluation and calculation of key corporate accounting estimates to be included in the financial statements.
• Perform calculations for corporate technical accounting areas, purchase accounting, revenue recognition, stock-based compensation income taxes and leases.
• Manage implementation and maintenance of effective internal controls and ensure SOX compliance.
• Assists with SEC reporting requirements.
• Assists in research and responses to auditors.
• Create performance measures, monitoring processes, and feedback systems that support company objectives.
• Assists with quarterly reviews and annual financial audits to ensure timely submission.
• Lead the preparation of monthly global consolidations.
• Lead global accounting and reporting projects as directed by the Corporate Controller.

Qualifications:

• BA degree in accounting or related study.
• 5+ years of related work experience - preferably in a similar environment.
• Ability to lead accounting functions and deliver results to the executive team.
• CPA (inactive or active) preferred.
