Accounts Receivable Supervisor

CFS is working with a large Fort Wayne area employer to identify an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join their robust Finance and Accounting team.

Overview of the Accounts Receivable Supervisor role:

• Reporting to the Director of AR/AP the Accounts Receivable Supervisor will oversee a team to manage cash application and collections for customer accounts.
• Weekly aging review with the staff and keep end user processes up to date.
• Assist in the automation of AR cash application to streamline processing.
• Monthly reporting, monitor accounts for bad debt write off and work with audit team for fiscal year end.

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Supervisor:

• Associates degree or 5+ years' experience
• Supervision experience in day-to-day operations.
• SAP experience a plus
