This is a 100% remote FTE role. Candidates can be based out of anywhere in United States, and can work either in PST or CST hours.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Must have tax, audit or tax-focused financial background.At least 8 or more years of experience including management of 6-8 direct reportsClient facing experience, meeting with key stakeholder to understand their needs.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Expectation of confidentiality in all business matters. Work directly with clients to complete tax credit projects.Direct and supervise activities, projects, or workflow by providing instruction, training, support and guidance. Assist in creating, writing, and updating SOPs.Support the Business Incentives department with research and feasibility studies.Manage and oversee your accounts and reports with a focus on customer service, attention to detail, and workflow.Build, maintain and cultivate strong client relationships. Ensuring any questions and/or concerns are resolved in a timely manner while providing the highest level of customer service.Participate in field activity as necessary.Effectively plan and prioritize assigned projects to meet business objectives and timelines.Coordinate with upper management to assist and complete task/assignments as necessary.
