Manager, Private Company Services (Multiple Positions)

Manager, Private Company Services (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Washington, DC. Assist with providing services with a range of business advisory needs such as audit, tax compliance, tax consulting, financial planning and other wealth enhancement services to privately owned entities, entrepreneurs, and high net worth individuals. Assist the engagement team with focusing on key issues like wealth management, compliance, cash flow management, equity expansion, divestiture and exit strategies. Assist Partners and Directors with resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, and billing and collections.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.   

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Tax, or a related field plus 5 years of related work experience. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, the employer will accept 2 additional years of related work experience.

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

• Demonstrating technical accounting and financial reporting standards;
• Applying technical accounting and financial reporting standards;
• Implementing accounting and audit practices in accordance to audit standards, firm audit methodology and guidance; and
• Working with U.S. GAAP, U.S. GAAS, and/or AICPA procedures and standards.

Travel up to 20% of the time is required.
