DIRECTOR CORPORATE & FINANCE
Yarrawonga is the largest and fastest growing community in the Moira Shire located on the magnificent Murray River and the shores of Lake Mulwala, right on the border of Victoria and New South Wales. We are located about 350 km north east of Melbourne.
Yarrawonga Health is looking for a dynamic individual to lead our new Corporate & Finance Directorate.
We are a 119 bed (including Aged Care) fully integrated rural public health service. We employ around 300 staff and service a 100km radius area with an estimated catchment area of around 10,000 people. Our guiding vision is to strengthen health in our community through excellence and innovation.
The Director Corporate & Finance will bring together and lead a range of corporate functions to strengthen our current capacity as well as build capability for future innovation, and increase skills and knowledge to support strategic development and innovation.
The Corporate & Finance Directorate consists of administration services, facilities, finance, procurement, hotel services (including environmental and catering) and ICT services. You will manage a range of direct reports in addition to relevant external contracts.
To be successful in this role, you will have operational experience and expertise in one or more of the corporate & finance functional areas, as well as demonstrable strategic and leadership capabilities. You will have a track record of excellent interpersonal; people and change management skills. Knowledge and understanding of the legislative and reporting frameworks which affect corporate and finance operations is essential.
Experience in public health and/or aged care sector would be highly desirable.
