Financial Analyst (temp 6-8 months)

Temporary (6-8 months) Financial Analyst role (£25,000 - £30,000 per annum)

Your new company
You will work for an established company based in Gillingham. The Financial Analyst position is a temporary position, lasting roughly 6-8 months, and will support the Finance team in management reporting and analysis. The position involves the following week: Monday (7.30am - 4pm), Tuesday - Thursday (7.30am - 3.30pm) & Friday (7.30am - 2.30pm).

Your new role
You will take responsibility for accurate financial reporting to strict deadlines; to liaise with external and internal auditors to ensure robust processes; input into the budget/forecast process and ensure the site is Sarbanes Oxley complaint. You will initially focusing on reporting, with a view to becoming completely responsible for this. At the end of 3-6 months you will be able to deliver month end reporting with minimal support.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have high excel skills. You must have good experience within an Accounting or Finance role. You must be a clear communicator as well as have good ability to multi-task. You will have a good desire to develop a strong career. You will have ideally completed AAT and will be working towards ACCA/CIMA qualifications or QBE at this level.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000.
