Your new company
A West London based, deeply passionate and humanitarian charity is looking to hire a new Finance Manager. This company has grown significantly in recent years and has increased its impact on local communities, making a great difference to better the welfare of its locals. Your role will be to work closely with the Finance Director to manage the day-to-day, weekly and monthly finances of the charity.

Your new role
As the new Finance Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Manage a team of 3 - 2 Finance Officers and 1 Income Officer
• Ensure the smooth administration of income
• Prepare the full set of management account packs
• Produce balance sheet reconciliations
• Lead the payroll preparation process
• Support the Finance Director in a range of tasks - budgeting, variance analysis, and audit preparation

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed as a Finance Manager here, you must have the following:

• An accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, etc)
• Bookkeeping experience
• QuickBooks or similar accountancy software experience
• Understanding of financial management in the charity sector
• Experience managing a team (desirable)
