You will be working for a very creative consumer goods company based in Cornwall. Your new company prides themselves on collaborating, innovating and adding their own unique touch to their products to ensure happy customers.
Your new role
Your new role as a Consumer Services Administrator will involve responding to tickets raised via a ticket-based system to answer and resolve questions and queries, primarily via email. You will be available between Christmas and New Year to work one of the bank holidays, as well as the three standard working days before New Year.
What you'll need to succeed
With previous experience in an office-based, customer service role, you will be comfortable using both Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Experience working with a ticket-based email system is desirable.
What you'll get in return
A competitive salary dependent on experience. This is a 3 month fixed term contract comprising 40 hours per week. You will be required to work 10:00-15:00 Monday-Friday, however additional hours can be made up flexibly across the week. You will have the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays.
