BOOKKEEPER
18-22 per hour, depending on experience

We are searching for a Bookkeeper to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have the desire and ability to grow with the company and have the potential to expand their skill set allowing them to contribute to the success of the team and the organization. We will consider qualified candidates seeking either full or part time hours during regular administrative office operating hours.

This position performs a variety of duties including:
- processing weekly payroll
- accounts payable and receivable
- preparation of semi-monthly billing
- insurance claim submissions
- responding to employee and client inquiries regarding payroll or billing
- other general office / administrative duties
- Minimum 2 years prior accounting experience including processing payroll, A/P and A/R
- Above average computer skills using MS office products and Sharepoint; Advanced level experience with Quickbooks and Excel
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to communicate with diplomacy
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent follow-up; exceptional listening skills
