Our Client - a public sector organisation is looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Accountant on a 6 month Fixed Term contract to provide support to their existing finance team.

The role
? Budgets
? Income / Cash Flow / Funding Requests
? VAT
? Ledger management
? Reconciliations
? Assisting in Accounts production
? Journals
? Reporting
? Assisting other team members
? Plus other adhoc duties

The candidate:
? AAT Qualified, ACCA or CIMA studier preferred
? Experience of working within a large complex finance function
? Solid Excel experience (VLookUps & Pivot Tables)
? A continuous improvement ethos, with experience of process improvements
? Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
? Excellent communication skills at all levels

Package
* Appointment Type: 6 month FTC
* Starting

Salary:
£29,000 - £32,000 per annum
* Hours: Full-Time (37 hours per week)
* Flexi working time, opportunity for some remote working
