Description

The key responsibilities for this Commercial Finance Manager role will be as follows:

• Drive for efficiencies across the business by spotting cost trends and best working practices.
• Support the none finance stakeholders in financial decision making / forecasting
• A true finance business partner, looking to push for excellence and ways to improve current processes / achieve cost savings / grow margin
• Preparing, analysing, and implementing accounting and reporting requirements
• Production and analysis of KPI metrics and financials to support recommendations for business decisions

Profile

The successful candidate will be an astute, commercially minded individual who can build relationships with none finance stakeholders & build rapport with ease.

One essential requirement will be holding a full membership of CIMA / ACCA / ACA, previous commercial finance / business partner experience essential too.

Ideally, you will have worke in a face paced, high growth, consumer facing business

The successful applicant will hold the ability to drive actionable insight from a myriad of data sources including market data, customer data, and sales transaction data, with excellent attention to detail.

Your interpersonal skills will be brilliant, with a track record of developing positive working relationships with finance and non-finance colleagues.

Advanced Excel skills, SQL experience not essential but an advantage

Job Offer

The successful candidate for this Commercial Finance Manager role will receive a salary of £60,000 - £70,000 based on experience. There is also a hybrid working policy & the proven ability to advance your career quickly.
