SME Finance Manager (6 Month FTC)

Finance Manager required to support a small SME finance team on a 6 month fixed term contract.

Your new role
Hays Senior Finance are supporting a Wiltshire based SME in their recruitment for a Finance Manager for a fixed-term of 6 months. This role will support the senior management team and the development of the transactional finance team. Key responsibilities include;

• Producing consolidated management accounts
• Completing balance sheet reconciliations at month ends
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Hands-on finance team management
• Ad hoc duties and projects

What you'll need to succeed
Joining this ambitious SME as the interim Finance Manager, you'll need to be an excellent communicator and experienced team manager with demonstrable experience of hitting the ground running and executing a full and efficient handover. You'll also be a highly experienced accountant, ideally qualified (ACCA or CIMA) but relevant and proven QBE will also be considered.
