Permanent Billing and Credit Control Associate, Based in Oldham

Your new company

You will be working for a growing business that has embraced its employee's input by means of implementing new and improved processes. They are forward thinking business who have thrived throughout the pandemic and continue to expand their market.

Your new role

This is a full time role working 40 hours per week with permanent hybrid working in place. Your main duties will include: raising of invoices on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and quality of invoicing, managing queries, proactive chasing of customers for payment, exceed monthly & quarterly targets, refer accounts to legal action when required and driving process improvement across the department. This is a newly created role which provides full end to end exposure from billing to cash collection which allows you to manage and have full control of your work. With a separate Master Data team to support, you will be able to focus on exceeding targets and moving the department forward.

What you'll need to succeed

You must have a strong background in Credit Control or Billing, with both being the ideal but by no mean an essential. You will also ideally have good excel skills and be comfortable with V Look ups & Pivot tables but again this isn't a deal breaker. To be considered for the job being prepared and able to work in a very fast paced environment is a definite must!
