Hays Accountancy & Finance are recruiting on behalf of their exclusive client based in Glenrothes for a permanent Assistant Accountant to join their busy team. The role offers hybrid working (In office and working from home) a salary of £21,000 - £25,000 depending on experience + the potential for study support for professional qualification for the right candidate.

Your new role

Reporting in to the management accountant, you will assist with a variety of reports including stock reporting, P & L reporting and financial analysis. You will process journals including prepayments & accruals, process general ledger and assist with monthly management accounting.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced Finance professional with strong Excel skills. You will have experience in collating and analysing information to create reports. You will be able to work accurately to tight deadlines.
