Our client, an insurance firm here in Boston is looking to add two Senior Accountants to their growing team.

This individual will:

• Prepare annual audited financial statements in compliance with GAAP, liaising with the independent auditor to ensure that they are issued in a timely manner.
• Prepare and analyze complex financial reports to support consolidated financial reporting, utilizing a broad knowledge of accounting policies and procedures.
• Prepare audit committee and executive presentations; perform flux analysis and provide explanations for unexpected activity and trends.

Previous accounting experience, ability to manage and prioritize projects, identify and resolve issues, as well as communicate effectively are all reqired.
