Hands-on experience of life in our Commercial Finance teams. Guidance and support from expert colleagues. Lots of opportunities to help drive projects forward and solve problems using logic and your own initiative. By the end, you’ll have gained lots of extra confidence, skills and knowledge. Just what you need to thrive in your final year at university – and beyond.  
 
What we look for 

Ideally a predicted 2:1 or above. Super-motivated, hard-working people who can’t resist exploring new opportunities and have the resilience to meet challenges head on. It doesn’t matter what your degree is in (although if you are studying something like finance and accounting, mathematics, statistics or economics, that’s obviously a bonus). What’s important is that you have an inquisitive mind and the confidence to challenge the status quo.
