Hardys are seeking a full-time Bookkeeper to assist with client Bookkeeping needs across the Sunshine Coast. The ideal candidate will have Bookkeeping experience using Xero, general knowledge of Australian taxation regulations and qualifications in Bookkeeping & Accounting. - Assisting with client enquiries and setting up files and uploading documents
- Support Accountants with preparation for client appointments
- Maintaining accounts for clients using Xero software
- Setting up client Xero files, general ledger flies and managing paperwork
- General client queries and answering phones

- Bookkeeping experience, preferably within a public practice accounting firm
- Experience using Xero accounting software
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Punctual, reliable and good work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- Great organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work unsupervised, multi-task and problem solve
- Previous experience in an Australian Accounting firm would be an advantage
