Hardys Business Advisory is a progressive and established Public Practice Accounting firm based in Maroochydore with over 23 years experience on the Sunshine Coast, specialising in tax and business advisory services on cloud-based accounting software.

Hardys are seeking a full-time Bookkeeper to assist with client Bookkeeping needs across the Sunshine Coast. The ideal candidate will have Bookkeeping experience using Xero, general knowledge of Australian taxation regulations and qualifications in Bookkeeping & Accounting. This busy role would be perfect for someone who is looking to grow with the business and progress with a career in Accounting.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate workflow for Accountants
  
• Assisting with client enquiries and setting up files and uploading documents
  
• Support Accountants with preparation for client appointments
  
• Maintaining accounts for clients using Xero software
  
• Setting up client Xero files, general ledger flies and managing paperwork
  
• General client queries and answering phones

• Bookkeeping experience, preferably within a public practice accounting firm
  
• Experience using Xero accounting software

• Previous experience in an Australian Accounting firm would be an advantage
