*Duties & Responsibilities: *
* Driving business analysis initiatives from initiation to implementation on projects of low/medium risk with a cycle of up to 12 months.
* To stay abreast of changes to analytical tools and methodologies, identifies opportunities to improve and standardize work processes in the course of his/her work and apply these in the course of own work.
* To facilitate workshops independently and consult with business owners and stakeholders in respect of problem definition and the identification of business requirements /needs.
* To develop manuals, plans and present training courses in support of implementation.
* To review business processes and procedures, analyse business needs and associated data, identifies and assesses possible solutions, and defines the associated requirements.
* To manage change requirements and supporting specifications.
* To investigate problems and propose solutions by interacting with users, developers and other stakeholders.
*Desired Experience & Qualification:
*
* Bachelor`s Degrees OR Advanced Diplomas.
* Relevant technology certificates.
* 5-10 years of job related experience.
