An opportunity to work as an interim Head of Grants and Funding for a leading research function. This role would be suitable for a candidate that has previous experience managing the full research funding life cycle.

My client are a leading research organisation based in the UK.
Description
The core responsibilities of this interim Head of Grants and Funding. Will be supporting some of the day-to-day research finance work. That might include supporting costing for research bids (in line with Full Economic Costing principles), management of projects in post-award.
Profile
The successful candidate will be/have:
-Immediately Available
-Experience in a university research finance office or similar (strongly preferred)
-Strong stakeholder management skills
-Excellent communication skills
Job Offer
- an ongoing day rate assignment
- £250-£400 umbrella day rate per day depending on experience
