6 month interim role as Finance Business Partner for a UK leading engineering and construction business
Client Details
UK leading engineering and construction Group based in Hertfordshire
Description
Responsibilities to include:
- The financial analysis and reporting of the shared services entity
- Become a financial partner to the Heads of Departments, assisting in broader business initiatives and supporting with quality information and analysis.
- Assist in the Group reporting processes where required
- Management of all ledgers and balance sheets for shared services departments
- Preparation / Review of balance sheet reconciliation and journal processing as required
- Improvement and control of internal recharges processes (such as insurances, fleet, IT)
- Calculation and control of management charges
- Support for Heads of Departments in calculating accruals and prepayments, budgeting and forecasting
- Preparation of the monthly management accounts
- Monthly reporting for group reporting purposes
Profile
The successful interim Finance Business Partner will be:
- Qualified accountant
- Strong communicator able to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the business
- Experience in a business partner role
