Job Purpose:

The Client Payments Assistant will be working within the Italian Payroll Team from our office in Katowice and will ensure the preparation, balance and submissions of payments for social insurances, tax offices, pension/health funds and other insurances on behalf of the Clients. He/she guarantees the quality of the service by monitoring the respect of deadlines both internally and on the client side.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize the preparation of electronic payments for social insurances, tax offices, pension/health funds and other insurances on behalf of our customer;
  • Monitor the TMF bank account (including control of available funds, control of the transfer of the funds);
  • Submission of the electronic batch for each type of payment and each client
  • Liaise with the operational team in charge of the customer;
  • Store payment receipts in the appropriate share drive
  • Follow the existing guidelines and show pro activeness to improve it;

 

Key Requirements:

  • Good Knowledge of English (B2)
  • Working knowledge of Italian is considered a plus
  • Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Previous experience in a similar Role is a plus
