As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.

Job Purpose:

TMF provides a range of services for Corporates to assist them in: a) running a local business, b) preparing to enter a new market or c) operating across many borders. These services include Global Entity Management, Accounting & Tax, and HR & Payroll. In addition to this, TMF Group is a recognised global player in the administration of Capital Markets transactions and PERE investments, providing a complete range of fund and business services.

TMF is undergoing a transformation of how we deliver services to our latest, global clients.   As part of this transformation, we are establishing Regional Delivery Centers, and we are recruiting a team of Automation Analysts to centralize reconciliation and corporate reporting processes.  

The primary purpose of the role is to establish and drive efficiencies in the execution of reconciliations and other Period End Close activities within the Accounting & Tax practice.  You’ll work as part of a small team of problem solvers with extensive experience in how to apply automation tools to solve and simplify complex data sets data flows, to establish reporting which brings rich data insights. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize, store, analyze, and transform data from different sources and large datasets into information that can be utilized to make business decisions and actions, using various techniques and modelling of outputs
• Create complex reports and dashboards using various technologies (Alteryx, Tableau/Power BI)
• Maintain regular reports and amend changes based on stakeholders’ requirements
• Analyze, understand, and model data being used in the process and (re)define process flows, reporting and data visualization that improves efficiency in how we deliver outputs and insights to our Clients
• Work with stakeholders, Accounting Managers and Analysts in other Regions to ensure requirements are captured accurately and solutions are meeting defined business needs
• Provide training and support to our centralized Accounting teams that are being established to develop self-service use of the data flow automation, data analytics solutions designed and implemented
• Create and manage (self-service) automation tools
• Ownership and oversight of data quality and identify potential enhancements
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

Key Requirements:

• Knowledge of any data analytics or data visualization tool, process automation or programming language (e.g. Alteryx – strongly preferred, Tableau, Power BI, VBA, SQL, UI Path, Python)
• Prior experience in data analytics, process automation, master data management or process improvement
• Project management and business analysis
• Experience in Finance, Accounting and/or Technology
• Capable of working without close supervision
• Strong writing, communication & interpersonal skills and fluent in English
• Strong process and problem-solving skills, disciplined and rigorous mindset
• Comfortable working with diverse culture and geographies
• Comfortable in a fast-paced dynamic environment and working under pressure
• Very good organization skills, can handle multiple packages of work simultaneously; attention to detail
• Communicate open items, issues and deadlines clearly and effectively
