This is a temporary International Payroll Manager position based in Slough.

Client Details

This temporary International Payroll Manager is working for a working for an international, FTSE 250 business based in Slough.

Description

This temporary International Payroll Manager will involve the following responsibilities:

  • Timely and accurate delivery of payroll to all employees based within the UK, EMEA regions and US
  • 1000+ Employees paid on a Monthly and Weekly basis
  • Management of a team of 2 supervisors and 4 administrators
  • Oversee the relationship with external international payroll providers
  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of payroll services, policy and delivery across the business
  • Assist with timely and accurate payment of net salaries, payroll taxes and related benefits
  • Business partnering with HR and Finance
  • Responsible for process improvement and systems upgrade
  • Take responsibility for all escalated payroll issues and be final point for query resolution
  • Hybrid working with an expectation to be in the office for at least two days per week

Profile

The successful candidate for this International Payroll Manager position will need to have the following skills:

  • Experience with both weekly and monthly payroll
  • Business partnering experience
  • Ideally exposure to ADP systems
  • Confident systems and third party payment portals user

Job Offer

This is a temporary International Payroll Manager position with car parking on site and flexible working offered. There is also the potential for this role to become a permanent position.
