Client Accountant job for a property company based near Oxford Street .
Your new company
This is an established property company based near Oxford Street. They have one of the largest finance teams and are looking to hire a Client Accountant due to internal progression. The role will be based in the office 3 days a week in a luxurious building with great transport links.
Your new role
Your duties will involve input of lease maintenance, monthly reconciliations, invoices and ensuring all monies received and expended. Additionally, you will be responsible for the Service Charge Budget, billing of periodic rent, service charges and insurance charges, as well as billing of directly recoverable and ad hoc charges.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you need to be immediately available, have experience working with known property management systems, TRAMPS is preferred and have commercial property accounting and basic accounting knowledge.
