Customer Support Executive
Duties and Responsibility
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about multiple projects and service using scripts
Good Knowledge about the Locations in Bangalore is preferable
Answer questions about Projects or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and pass on the same to Relationship Managers to close sales
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and Process requirements and pass on the same in an accurate manner
Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Tuesday will be week off
Shift Timing 9:30-6:30 PM
