Position: Finance & Accounts Manager

He will be assisted by the Accounts Manager and a team of about eight persons in accounts.

Qualification: B.Com. CA

Experience: 7-8 years post qualification in the company having SAP FICO module OR any other ERP software.

Reporting to Group CFO on functional matters and Company president administratively

This position is directly on the roles of the company.Our client is operating in the field of Speciality Chemicals and represents reputed MNCs for the distribution of their products on a pan-India basis. It is having a turnover of Rs 250 crores and serves Coating, Ink, Adhesives, Paper, Plastics, Pharma, and Personal care industries.



Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility of the accounts dept. and all financial activities.
• Day to day Banking and funds management, liaison with bankers for all banking facilities.
  
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for timely audit and accounts finalization.
  
• Control Debtors and Inventory, regular review with Sales team members and management.
  
• Follow up and legal matters for recovery of old dues.
  
• Compliance with Income-tax, GST, and other laws and coordination with consultants.
  
• MIS and regular reports to Directors.
  
• All commercial agreements and coordinate with group Company Secretary for any other legal matter.
  
• To monitor and continuously improve internal control procedures and set up SOP in consultation with other Dept heads.
  

Overall responsibility of the accounts department and all financial activities

Experience: 7.00-12.00 Years

Education: Chartered Accountancy (C.A)
