A challenging role focused on:

Change management - understanding and defining business needs, identifying potential for improvements and developing these into creative and efficient process and system solutions in co-operation with the business users and IT groups, managing the development and the testing of the system solutions and their delivery into production.
Monthly configuration &ndash Maintenance of application reporting parameters.
Production support &ndash Being a key contact and resolving application incidents.
User training &ndash Conducting application knowledge training and maintenance of user training documents.
Involvement in related projects and initiatives &ndash requirement validation, testing, etc.
