*Purpose of the role*

Accountable for the successful implementation of the content strategy and value chain, which has three main objectives (Customer Experience, Commercialisation and growing Brand Equity). You will be responsible for creative content initiatives and targeting appropriate audiences across multiple channels. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end content creation, content storage, and content deployment across The Client's customer facing and Group websites, App, Chatbot and other digital channels.

*General:*

* Responsible for the execution of the content management strategy across all the digital channel domains
* Creation of systems and content artifacts that will be leveraged across the digital channels that seeks to accelerate the time to market of development on all the digital channels
* Responsible for quality control and maintenance
* Focus on delivery against the key content KPIs that are formulated as part of the strategy execution process
* Execution and development of content in line with defined requirements and standards
* Conduct content audits on the digital channels to address gaps on a regular basis as part of continuous improvement culture
* Work closely in alignment with the Design team and internal Visual Content Creator to develop compelling and profitable customer journeys on the various digital channels in accordance to the business objectives
* Develop and execute a solid thought leadership and backlinking strategy with the rest of the team
* Contributes toward the creation of content governance but will be responsible for the execution and management of the control processes and governance of the capability

*Data Led:*

* Implement search improvement plan (SEO strategy) and work with business units to deploy best in class search optimization to ensure the product and service journeys are optimal
* Analyze existing data, market reports and trends to grow the digital adoption base for NTB and existing customers
* Analyze campaign and call to action results with the data teams and make continuous improvements on customer and product journeys
* Develop strategies that interpret cultural and social trends relevant to client business propositions
* Track competitor innovation/use of assets and share industry best practice with recommendations for improvements
*Client:*

* Work with the client to establish their aims and objectives
* Demonstrate real vision for the client showing thorough understanding of initial client brief, target audience research, multi-channel planning activities and evaluation of previous content campaigns
* Support digital leads with content tasks required to deliver the all-around commercial and growth targets of the banks digital channels
* Full 360-degree digital transformation: working in perfect synchronization with the digital portfolio teams to ensure all channels are driving consumers to convert through strong customer journeys and call to actions
* Use commercial and creative knowledge to translate strategic objectives into compelling creative content briefs
* Review outputs prior to client review to ensure it is aligned with the approved strategic direction and the objectives of the brief
* Present ideas and conclusions to the client
* Monitor the success of the request/campaign as it runs, suggest changes and improvements where necessary
* Attend strategic briefings, prepare and run workshop sessions with clients as an advisory capability
* Attend internal briefing sessions and review sessions
*Requirements:*

* Portfolio reflecting writing proficiencies, measurable effectiveness and creative flair
* Experience bringing strategic direction into creative work to define and influence the content strategy
* Mastery of the creative content process and content mapping
* Strong presentation skills (both writing and delivering)
* Ability to balance and adjust speed/quality balance according to briefs
* Experience working interdepartmentally (i.e. with strategy, data, tech, ops etc.)
* Deep, actionable understanding of social, digital, and integrated marketing
* Ability or ambition to manage and grow other writers
* Strong grasp on technical requirements

* Must have a relevant qualification in the necessary field (non-negotiable)
* Must have at least 5 years of experience within a similar role preferably financial services
* Certification in SEO or Analytics would be added advantage
* Must have digital e-commerce experience
* Must be highly analytic with research experience
* Proficient in MS Office, Jira, AEM and Grammarly (added advantage)
