At least 10 years relevant experience including manufacturinging required and a confident driven personality sought.

* Salary package of R540 000ctc pa
Position is in Pretoria West, so only candidates based in Centurion, Midrand, Pretoria and Randburg area will be considered.
Responsibilities include;

* Work with Customer Service and R&D at costing new products
* Pricing on system
* Confirm that the pricing of all items on the system are correct liaise with Procurement
* Review raw material and packaging prices
* Prepare costing and quotes for Customers
* BOM costing
* Currently: Import data to Excel Spreadsheets
* Future: Develop a Syspro integrated costing procedure, process, structure
* Cost updates
* Produce monthly, quarterly and annual cost updates to determine respective selling prices for all customers Jobs
* Analyse completed Jobs and compare to costs quoted Price differences
* Authorise any PPV on GRN/INV and check cost changes on Syspro
* Sales & Cost Analysis
* Syspro Administration
* Balancing all Modules (AP,AR,GL,INV, WIP, CB etc)
* Assists with training an support of Syspro
* Month End
* Process Syspro month end and the Management report IS BS when required (currently done by Financial Manager)
* Compare the unit cost to BOM costs and transfer to system
* Product ad hoc reports required by staff. Import data from Syspro into Excel and create Pivot tables to extract into detailed data set.
