Effektiewe hantering van alle administratiewe take met betrekking tot die Finansies afdeling.
Minimum Vereistes:
- Graad 12;
- 3 jaar ondervinding in n rekeningkundige omgewing;
- Vorige ondervinding in Inkomstestaat- en Balansstaat rekonsiliasies;
- Ondervinding in die kontrolering en betaling van herhalende uitgawes;
Vaardighede:
- Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
- Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);
- Goeie interpersoonlike en konflik hanterings- vaardighede;
- Syfervaardigheid, noukeurigheid en akkuraatheid essensieel;
- Moet onafhanklik en onder druk kan funksioneer;
- Goeie organisasie en prioritiserings- vermo.
Verantwoordelikhede:
- Kontrolering en betaling van herhalende uitgawes;
- Kleinkas en kleinkasvoorskotte;
- Balansstaat rekonsiliasies;
- Inkomstestaat rekonsiliasies.
Main purpose of the position:

Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12;
- 3 years experience in an accounting environment;
- Previous experience in the reconciliation of Income- and Balance Sheet accounts;
- Experience in the control and payments of repetitive expenses.
Skills:
- Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
- Computer literate (MS Office);
- Good interpersonal and conflict handling skills;
- Sound numeracy, meticulous and accuracy is essential;
- Must be able to function independently and under pressure;
- Good organisation and prioritising abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Control and payment of repetitive expenses;
- Petty cash and petty cash advances;
- Balance sheet reconciliations;
- Income statement reconciliations.
