To undergo a strutured mentoring process and professional development path to become a Financial Advisor. There is initial Induction and thereafter you are able to do business with all the support and resources we provide to help you become succesful and thereafter you are continuously studying with the option of studying up to Honours Degree level.
Prospect and continuously source new clients by means of referrals, networking and circles of influence
Provide professional financial planning and advice to clients which leads to long-term relationships
Matric, own reliable vehicle and drivers license is essential
Tertiary qualification advantageous
Extensive new business development experience is a big plus but someone with the right mindset and ambitions could also excel in this type of "sales/advice" environment
Passion for helping people and making a difference
Clear criminal and credit record
Excellent learning ability
Impeccable business ethics
The ability to also work remotely as well as the ability to work without tight supervision
