Job Details

A fantastic 12 to 18 month fixed term contract as Legal accounts assistant. This role is based right in the city centre of Manchester near great transport links and offering between £28,000 to £31,000.

You will be part of a fast paced, supportive and dynamic team

Description

Duties include:

  • Responsible for VAT returns, bank reconciliations, daily payments and month/year end procedures
  • Preparing monthly reports
  • Assisting in cost projections and billing
  • Supporting credit control system
  • Managing client and office accounts
  • Processing all purchase ledger invoices
  • Assisting with court of protection billing procedures
  • Ad hoc duties

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Be ILFM qualified - essential
  • Be AAT qualified - desirable
  • Have an excellent understanding of SRA - essential
  • Have advanced excel skills - essential
  • Have experience within a Solicitors office - essential
